Okay so I was reading a webtoon about a girl who webt back in time in her previous life she was killed by her scheming father and sister (not twin) for her power.
The power was normally only bestowed on the first heir but the father and sister claimed that it skipped a generation (mc) and went to the second born but it turns out that they were stealing the first born power.

So in her second life she is trying to reclaim her power and I stopped reading when she (mc) was trying to regain her power by making flowers bloom while her sister was trying to demonstrate her power.
