Makes me believe he is a zombie and isn't supposed to feel human feelings anymore. So he had reactions and his body deteriorates when he feels human emotions of pleasure.

It would make sense why he was vomiting. I mean he never said his kisses were disgusting. And he continues to kiss him so...
I thought guwon might’ve been a red flag after throwing up but tbh seeing how he bleeds from too much pleasure makes me want to believe because of his mutant-like self he must be going through some sort of physically reaction like throwing up when kissing.
Like what if teach saliva got down his throat and he threw up because of it ?! But isn’t aware if the effects r normal or not cause he’s so new to it all
