marius didn't kill liliana. liliana bcome the mage's slave who always drink poison when og fl doesn't want to eat. and then liliana died bcs of her ability which not bloom when he turn 15 y.o

It’s pretty much confirmed that Marius members his past life and all of that so he’s scared and worried about raising Edgar due to it ending with his death.
And while I know he’s timid about that it doesn’t change the fact that the current Edgar is a seven year old boy who deserves to be loved and cared for. Due to his own delusions of Edgar hurting him he ends up pushing him away and hurting his feelings. Obviously the time line is no longer the same as it was from the first one due to him actually meeting Lilliana in this one and being engaged to the eldest sister and completely separated from the red haired og fl. You’d think due to how smart he is he’d be able to figure out that Edgar wouldn’t betray him because he has no reason to anymore. The reason why Edgar betrayed him was because he was in love with Lilliana and Marius killed her and felt so hurt over losing her that he took his sword up against him. I’m assuming it was a “I’m the only one who can take you down it has to be me since we’re family” kind of thing idk he’s going abt this very weirdly and very worryingly
