It's because someone ripped the chapter off of them and prematurely uploaded it behind the translation groups' backs. The more annoying part is they were planning to upload it here themselves when they were ready but if shit like this happens then they might decide not to altogether! Hopefully that doesn't happen and it will be here eventually like they'd planned.
