The mc is 32 now (they're 6 years apart ml is 38) that would mean he was 25 when they were dating (he ghosted him for 7 years personally I find this a bigger red flag than them knowing each other as kids and the age gap).
And just going off of the mls words they're relationship wasn't serious I'm assuming that means they werent seeing each other for very long.
I think 25 is old enough to not be concerned about the age gap. And what we've seen they're interaction when they were kids have been innocent.
Homegirl he was 19/20 when they first dated and ML was 25/26 that’s pushing it. I’m 25 and dating someone that you saw grew up and that’s barely out of high school? Is it legal? Yeah. Is it a little weird yes. Just because it’s legal doesn’t mean it’s morally right.
Im sorry but a 20yo dating a 26yo isn’t morally wrong i wouldve agreed if ML was 30 or so but this gap is really not questionable also he had no feelings for MC when they were younger so I don’t see the issue here, it’s only a 6 year gap
