He's trying to keep MokYeon from seeing SeonHwa. Not that he "doesn't have time for him".
Actually, he could decline meeting Mokyeon if he wanted to see SeonHwa. In chapter 15, he rescheduled their meeting because he couldn't go, and there is nothing in their "deal" that says he can't have sex with SeonHwa in order to keep Mokyeon away
And also its not likely why Nanjo is scheduled all the time with MokYeon its true that his keeping him from seeing Seonhwa but still it kinda not working as you can the recent chapter which is chap 18 but maybe keeping him not having threesome. But yea that what im seeing right now and what more is that Nanjo and MokYeon have a deal kinda feels like nanjo is very serious about this especially this is "the only way to be with seonhwa" you know what i mean? Butt well all know that MokYeon will not get tired of nanjo because his now developing feelings for him as you can at the recent chapter lololol (≧∀≦)
I'll have to read ch. 15 again , but all the times that MokYeon said to see him he had to drop whatever he was doing. I don't know how much he was able to see SeonHwa between sessions with MokYeon. MokYeon has a life outside of torturing this guy too.
He didn't drop at all, most of times he waits a long time for Mokyeon because its previously scheduled, since you said it, Mokyeon has a life to skfnwkkr so he has to plan beforehand. I think, the only time he had to "drop whatever he was doing" was when he visited him at the company
Oh yeah. I see ch. 15. Yeah, it did say he cannot make it that day. And that was the first time he's done it. But plans can change. It doesn't mean he can't see SeonHwa at all. There's no clause saying he can't see SeonHwa. But if MokYeon knew he was going to see SeonHwa then he tries to intervene.

NanJo doesn't know the real SeonHwa. He thinks SeonHwa is the way he is because of MokYeon. But we all know SeonHwa is only playing with him. So even if SeonHwa doesn't go to MokYeon for sex it would have been with somebody else. Or with other partners.

There's already plot progression going on during sex, for those who find it really hard to interpret:
-Mokyeon discovered that he likes doing sex, and it's not a mere act to fulfill a biological need
-Mokyeon has been in and out of relationships since high school, and has always cheated his partners with Seonhwa, but suddenly, he wants a person to himself, to the point he wants to stop seonhwa from getting him
- He mentions earlier in a flashback that he started dating someone even though he would cheat on them because he is lonely, so it must really be why he seeks so much affection from Nanjo, who refuses to be affectionate with him
-Nanjo is very intriguing, because he wasn't bothered by seonhwa having a sex partner, he just got bothered because he though he was being abused.
-Its unlikely nanjo is dumb, he must have his own motive for being with Mokyeon for this long. Like, c'mon, he is not even going out with the twink but finds time to Mokyeon
The development of the character is on the top's pov because he is the MC, and I am loving it because most manhwas on the bottoms pov, idk why
