Well he still underage so he is probably 18 or below. But the age age you mentioned also happens with young adults, so the power, intelligence, maturity and others are big gap between a 18/19 years old and a 25 years old, it's still uncomfortable and he still in high school, the life experience is too big. That's what made me uncomfortable about this, I hope for a time skip and they are apart for that time, until he is 20 years old at least, if he goes to the army will be good too, that will give him time to grow more and
have more maturity... he too young for a relationship with a 25 year old

it doesn't seem that bad in theory if you're only looking at it from the legal consent standpoint. If you think about just how big of a brain development difference it is, and how far apart those ages are in maturity and in the adult world in general it really isn't great for a 25 year old to be dating anyone under 20. Even that makes a huge difference though, development wise. an average human brain isn't fully developed until about 25 anyway so we're talking about a fully developed brain dating a teenage brain that still has AT LEAST 6 years to go without factoring in any form of neurodivergence or disability that might slow brain development or even halt it all together.

Exactly, this is why those gap age feel uncomfortable for me. I'm 26 years old and the differences between a fresh out adult and a full adult at 25 years is huge. The 18 years old to 25 years old is like a huge change. Almost a second puberty, is a step where not only the brain isn't fully developed, but is where they are leaving all the teenager and childhood and become adult, there's so much changes a person goes through in those moments that's I can see it's alright a full develop adult dating someone on those steps, specifically in the beginning of those moments. I really hope the boy goes to the vampire dude house.

In all honesty Im wishing for a time skip before their relationship, mostly for the hyungs sake. He clearly doesnt see him as an adult and doesnt really take him seriously. They need a time skip and a separation cause if you keep living with someone who sees you as a child, they will keep thinking of you as a child.

Well it not that it can't work, but it's dangerous bc those gaps on the different steps in life, they are too different and apart, just like Winter Marie comment.
5 year's isn't a big gap for 25+ people, but under 25 years it's a big gap, you will understand better once you get more close to 25 years old. You can almost tell when your brain fully developed is like when you are a kid and gain consciences, things will seems a lot different.
But if you are having a good and healthy relationship it's good. I wish good luck and happiness for you

Bro it's not... it's a pretty normal age gap and maturity/experiences in life at those ages are not that different, trust me. Coming from someone who is in a relationship with someone with that exact age gap and we got together at 19/25. 25 is not old and 19 is not a kid. I don't get why so many people in this comment section find that weird tbh. In real life no one bats an eye lol

Not that different isn't accurate, a 25 years old definitely will have better emotional independence compared to a 19 years old. Which is something very important for a stable and healthy relationship. I think you are okay with it because you were/are in a relationship like this. In real life no one says something because it's not our place to get involved someone else's relationship.
"...if you are an adult over 19 years old, you shall not have a sexual relationship with a person under 16 years old. The presumption of this Article is that, between an adult and a minor from 13 to 16, there is a huge gap in power, intelligence, and others so special protection of statutory protection is required."
So, according to this article: https://seoullawgroup.com/crimes-against-minors-korea/ age of consent for Korea is 16 years old especially if the partner is an adult. For "adulthood" in Korea, it's 20 years old (or 19 in international age) where you are allowed to drink etc...
Our only clue for his age is that he's in high school which could go around 16 to 18 years old, but it could easily be 17 to 19. Safe bet is that he's 18 or 19...
So he's not THAT young. Our guess is that he's just a "baby" since he's still below the age of drinking in Korea which is 19 in international age... so that locks us to 18 years old.. safe bet?
