No. You don’t have if you don’t want to. This story in particular have very little involvement with the original, it features the side characters solely with their own story
do y’all think it’s necessary for me to read “pearl boy” in order to understand the lore for this story ?? i’ve never read it and tbh i kinda don’t want to cos i’ve heard it’s really graphic (･_･;)
