No. It’s like the average doting father. My dad is like that too with my sister, but he loves me the same way it’s just they can’t show their love well to the boy son.
I think the tyranny here is her indulging herself in the Empire's riches. Like, getting extravagant gifts on her first and second birthday. I'm not sure if it is that though.
