They starve her, abuse her so hard her growth got stunt. If you get what I mean.
malnutrition doesn't make you look 5 years younger than you are, it make you look like a tiny, skin and bones version of someone your age

I'm sorry but if she has a plump face but look 5 years younger and it's chucked to malnutrition, it breaks the immersion. you look gaunt when you're not eating enough and she's clearly eating less than beggars and working enough to kill a horse. by her "magical burnc she's supposed to be close to death, but she doesn't look it at all
