SPOILERS AHEAD (don't know how to grey out so take this as a warning).
I don't actually hate this...it's a grey area, but interesting enough. Basically the ML is the MF's Ex's brother. She doesn't know this so the ML is essentially manipulating her throughout the story. There are also spicy moments where he says she's bad at BJ when she's going down on him so people don't like that either.

I don't think that I can spoiler this, but is ml and fl connected through their parents too? I wasn't too keen on reading this but I hate that sort of 'forbidden love' (trying to be cryptic)
from the comments this sounds like shit, but the first few chapters dont seem that bad. could someone pls explain what happens, and why everyone hates the ml. i basically want all the spoilers... thank uu
