The other blonde in the daycare was a guy named Aa-el, he appears around the first 10 chapters and he has sex with a his friend, Rim. They knew each other when they were rlly young (obv) but they grew closer bc Rim would protect Aa-el from enemies in this isolated preschool?? I don't know much except from the fact that Aa-el is seen as pure and didn't really know what "sex" was until he was trapped in this dollhouse with Rim, Jin, and this black haired dude.
BUT
If you're talking about the dude who looks similar to Tehir, then its Charin (also referred to as "Capo" or "Captain" by Jin). A green snake dude killed him, but he wasn't in the daycare bc he was a part of a gang that Jin joined once he was kicked out of the isolated preschool(??)
They had a rlly strong bond but the 1st season ended with their ark ending bc Charin died
