for me it’s a hehe catch me if you can cause some people identify more with the character they see themselves in. why do most straight women prefer reverse-harem and straight men prefer harem? when you relate to a character, you want them to be the one everyone is fighting over and even when there is no multiple potential partners, many people want to feel earned so if you identify more with the mc, you feel like you want the ml to put in the work to woo him. if you identify more with the ml, you want the mc to work to woo him. this is my opinion, but why do we run when we still wanna be catched? we like the feeling of it. ahhh I love the chasing arc

Why do people like chasing arc? I find it very frustrating when it's based on a misunderstanding that could be easily cleared up. Good job to the blondie for snitching so fast. And good job to the author for not dragging it out.
