That's what I thought too. But in certain chapters, like chapter 30, mc didn't like the wine bc it was bitter. Then ml, who bought it, took a sip of it only for him to be repulse by it and ran, assuming to throw up. There are other cases where ml's stomach feels uncomfy when there was no reason.
