I'm really not sure where that comes from ngl. Juyeon is his only confirmed male victim. It is stated that he leaked sex tapes of the girls he slept with as revenge porn. With Juyeon, not only did he routinely rape him, but he leaked the footage of the abuse to punish Juyeon because a member of the school staff found out and reported it. In a side story that takes place after Jiwook loses his memories he talks to Juyeon not knowing who he is or what Jiwook had done to him. He tells him his friends told him he fucked a guy (not knowing he's talking to said guy) and jokes about it to Juyeon.
