The artist and author for both Off Track Crush and Red String Quest is 숲이랑, which is sometimes romanized as soop2rang or soopilrang. It’s not different people, it’s all the same person, mangago just doesn’t have the most organized tagging system. If you look at the raws for both manhwa, the credits page will say art and story by 숲이랑.
