Yeah, from what I've observed (and others, as well), Endou-sensei has a distinct way of how he draws women and men. First is the neck and the eyelashes (if the males do have them, its on the bottom).
At least Fiona tries to pretend to be a functional member of society.....this guy is worse. Just want to kill for funnies and enjoyment more than having a purpose to do so. Giving serial killer vides (for now at least), moonlighting as an assassin
