Or maybe he just wrapped the bandage just like he did when he cut Bum's chin opened. No stitches needed. And even though he went to hospital, no one will necessarily be suspicious of them since Sangwoo is pretty much a good liar. He can make a good story for Bum's case.

sangwoo has cut bums chin, broke his legs and maybe other minor wounds. i dont think he would bring him to hospital because he afraid bum is dying. why would he risk himself? maybe he would just let him die or treat him like he usually does. if he cant be help, thats your fucking fault bum. if he alive, fuck you bum.

Actually, Sangwoo broke Bum's leg after the boy discovered that he was a criminal. No feelings back then.
And so is the time he almost killed him while on that hook or any other parts of the story, until recently. I honestly think that Sangwoo, slowly, develops feelings (not really love, not yet at least, but kind of "i don't wanna let him die that much") for Bum, and I don't think he'll be that indifferent this time. Time has passed and he literally let him out, like three times (i think)
That basically means that he starts to feel like he needs the guy right? Or am I an idiot?

Bum did it because he feels useless, and that Sangwoo does not care about him. He kinda feels hopeless. This time, Bum did nothing wrong. thíѕ tímє. Just put yourself in his shoes. Like, when you have a person you can't live without, you tell them your story and they don't react at all, won't you feel so useless you'd want to die? I mean it depends on the person, but that's my point of view
Also sorry if my opinion is in any ways wrong, but it's just the way I see this story developing.

ok but what will sangwoo do with bum now ?? if he brings him to the hospital there are high chances they might discover about the whole killing stalking thing (maybe ? idk absdbfn) but if he keeps bum at the house he'll probs die, if he's not already dead .like I honestly doubt he would take Bum to the hospital??? but, also, what else can he do??? unless sangwoo is some secret med major and can stitch up wrists
