1. I referred to the comment from "I wanna read", they referred to Aidan in their comment title. That's all what I meant.
2. Whether they read the novel or not and only think or know, if Aidan is the Male Lead or not, isn't something I may know, since I can't read the commentators mind, but I do indeed know who is the male lead. I won't spoil people unless asked tho.
