It's actually a tattoo symbolising god shiva and hindusim ( as a person with alot of Hindu friends every time I see it I feel VERY uncomfortable)
In christan sense I think it's like seeing tramp stamp of lord Jesus on a cross (I don't have much exposure to Christianity so idk much about it)
