I'm pretty sure. With how brutal this manga has been, I'd be surprised if that's not the case. I think someone earlier in the comments had a warning too.
I feel bad for any new readers that wasn't expecting this kind of content, but if you're here after 19 chapters and don't want to read about rape, the comments and story have given you all the warnings.
I expect this to get a lot, lot worse.
