Blue spring ride is so peak

I remember loving it so much but that it felt bittersweet? I’m scared of picking it up again, can you give a spoiler for if they end up together or no?

Yes they end up together but the female lead dates some other guy for a minute. But they break up and the og couple remain end game. That's not touched on in the Anime though. I recommend reading the Manga after watching the Anime. It's still frustrating shoujo nothing really special it just has a place in my heart
