chapter upload

I think someone befire said you need to conract the admins ti grant you access or something -fir a new manga, but if it is a chapter if you want try entering the manga and there us a blue button above the chaoters - upload chapter. Hooe this helps

yeah I tried that but when I clicked on that blue button it led me to a blank website I was really confused
