Lol

For the record...I don't hate the seme one bit. And I find the hypocrisy amusing. Ukes get a free pass when they sleep with tom, dick, and harry, and look for sugar daddy's...but let a seme not be so clean cut, a bit rough, and BAM! It's time for a hanging. Lol I mean this is nothing new. You know what would have been new or refreshing, the uke having some balls and saying no! Got tell my dad! See if I care! He didn't have to give in to blackmail and let the fine ass seme fuck him seven days from Sunday! x) He had choices and instead he chose to betray his lover and himself. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ The uke is fine as fuck too! ;) Btw...it wasn't "rape" since the uke did go along and also told him he would keep him satisfied.

You must not understand the definition of coerced... "Coercion /koʊˈɜːrʃən/ is the practice of forcing another party to act in an involuntary manner by use of intimidation or threats or some other form of pressure or force.[1] It involves a set of various types of forceful actions that violate the free will of an individual to induce a desired response." "These actions may include, but are not limited to: extortion, blackmail, torture, threats to induce favors, or even sexual assault. In law, coercion is codified as a duress crime. Such actions are used as leverage, to force the victim to act in a way contrary to their own interests."

Super long but yes, it's rape. And stop making excuses.

    Shinozaki Sachiko June 10, 2017 2:55 pm

Coercion is NOT rape, because rape would mean that he had no CHOICE or SAY in whether he wanted have sex or not, which is NOT the case. The victim DID have a choice AND the opportunity to say no. The blackmail part does not come into this matter, as it only serves to be "persuade" the uke into agreeing, WHICH IS STILL AGREEING.

(Google Definition: the action or practice of persuading someone to do something by using force or threats.)

Nevertheless, both cases are terrible situations to be in, and both should be illegal (thank god they are). We are not supporting it by disagreeing with your statement, we are simply accusing the seme for the right reasons.

Do you get the difference now?

In real life, coerced agreement for sex is rape. Period. Legally, morally and physically. It doesn't matter if the coercion comes in the form of blackmail, psychological pressure, improper use of power ("If you don't get on your knees and give me a blowjob right now, I'm failing you in this class"), wartime crimes against humanity, slavery, or holding people or pets hostage, it is still coercion and still rape.

I agree that they are being a bullheaded dumbass. You are right, I probably won't convince them, but but I disagree that I shouldn't speak up. Letting ignorance be and not saying anything provides the opportunity for their lies to spread to someone who legitimately doesn't know the truth.

First of all, I never said coercion isn't rape..."bullheaded dumbass", sounds like you for assuming. Just because in this particular case (story) I don't see him as a complete victim doesn't mean I don't know the different kinds of rape. I just don't see the "victim" HERE, so much of a victim. That is my opinion. You have yours. Do you know that proving "rape" isn't so clean cut? This isn't real life either...cause how many "victims" in real life fall for their rapists?...Not that it doesn't happen, cause in some cases it does....The point is you have your opinion on the uke and I have mine. "it wasn't "rape" since the uke did go along and also told him he would keep him satisfied". The ending of that statement is why I said what I said...plus it helps that I saw the next chappie...

OMG! Just stop it. He only had sex with him because he was being blckmailed. That's coerced rape. His acknowledgment that the blackmail will continue is not a statement that removes the problem. He just knows that he has to keep having sex with the rapist unless he wants his secret to get out. Blackmail is never a one time thing. You should know that. I'm done with you and this conversation.

General Comment: Can I first make it clear that I'm not victim shaming. I just said that if you're gonna accuse someone of their crime, make sure their actions fully adhere to it.

Comment to I Thot You Was a Toad: Thank you for explaining the real life situation. According to the definition, I did not make that out [as explained earlier], and used my personal judgement. But hey, society is a lot harsher in classification than me, and I can't do anything about that.

Still, I feel like they shouldn't be considered the same thing at all, because the situations are still pretty different. They should be considered two separate crimes, honestly. But that doesn't mean to say that one should have lesser charges than the other. I can't really say what's worse, but they are different situations to be in, and I stand by the fact that they shouldn't be the same fcking thing

Comment to @Seashell : Wtf man, I'm not saying it's NOT a crime, I'm just saying it isn't rape, and it's a different, (but still disgusting) act. Y'all acting triggered as if we just supported rape or something. Read the main point I'm talking about, and we can reach a nice, progressive, discussion.
