out of topic but one day one of my manipulative ex said the exact same thing and then my past and ofc smart self thought “omg you fr rn?” I still indeed chosen to broke up with him just to discover later that he wasn’t really depressed and he was ALSO CHEATING ME WTF. the funniest part is when years later he asked me if I was doing okay and then before blocking him I asked if he remembered about what he told me in the past just to hear him say smth like “oh mhhh I don’t think I really said that” HUH?
