I think they had fight of some sort when they became the class representative which brought them much closer than before when that resolved but no, they won’t a couple yet.
They were definitely together in a way, but they didn't properly say the words and make it official until just recently there.
W8 they were not dating until now? I was sure they became couple a long time ago, or maybe I'm remembering it wrong because of how rarely chapters are released?
