Soooo this has positions swapped. ML is actually the one going through an abusive home life and finds comfort/courage through the MC. It’s a BL, and honestly it’s one of my favorites

Any rec about domestic abuse, abuse from family or anything but the ml/fl is still kind and sweet throughout the story? Would like it if it was a wholesome story.
Not this being a background story of MC but in the present. Would love to see mc getting out of it and getting personal character development
