You just expressed my thoughts exactly
Yeah, but the reason he brought up raping the uke was because the uke wasn't agreeing to his terms, that was the "lack of obedience" he was referring to. The uke was initially telling the seme to fuck off, but when push came to shove as the seme was going to tell his father that his son is gay the uke begged him to "give me a break" and agreed to not tell about how the seme is lying about wanting to go pro. That's it. Problem solved. The conditions have been accepted. But... rape anyways? The seme doesn't show any attraction to men, the way he talks about how the uke is "a homo" and how "that was definitely a gay man's ass" implies, to me, that the seme my be a little prejudiced against gays and isn't gay himself; the only reason the seme even brought up raping him was to get him to "be obedient", or in other words to accept his terms. The goal had been achieved, the rape was pointless with no apparent reason for it on the seme's side.
When did that happen? That didn't happen at all... The seme never blackmailed the uke into sex, he was blackmailing him to keep the secret. The reason he initially said he was going to rape him was to make him "obedient", in other words to make the uke accept his deal to not tell about him lying about wanting to go pro.
I understood what daynight was trying to say, you aren't understanding what i was saying in response to daynight's statement. They were saying that the seme blackmailed the uke for sex, which never happened. The seme blackmailed the uke to keep the secret, not to have sex with him. As a matter of fact, the seme was threatening to RAPE him, in other words, no blackmail needed, he was intending on taking the uke against his will if the uke refused to listen to him. The entire point in my post was that there is NO reason for the rape and seemingly no coercion, the uke agrees to the seme's conditions and then they still end up having sex for seemingly no reason.
In his backstory, he learns he can control with sex, so he does. But yeah, it didn't make sense normally in any way, but to him it somehow does from a "I can control you this way" standpoint.
I think the uke was stupid to not let him stay the few months until his majority and then he would leave. So what if he was faking boxing. That was his father's issue, not his. But I guess that was to show the uke is upright--he's someone who has ethics and wouldn't let his father get tricked or boxing be used that way.
Me, I'd say, "Fine, stay here, box however you want, but if you don't prove yourself to my dad, he'll probably kick you out. So work hard, dude."

I really don't get how the rape came into play here. At first the deal was to keep quiet about each other's secrets, those being that the uke is gay and that the seme is just pretending to want to go pro so he can live in the dorms, to which the uke refused, then the seme is just like "guess i'll have to rape you if you won't listen to me", and for what? The rape is literally inconsequential since the uke still isn't really changing the way he acted... I don't understand what the rape is doing in the seme's favor. I had thought it was to keep the seme's secret, but then the seme went to tell the uke's dad that he's gay and the uke begged him not to tell which would've been enough right then and there even without the rape for the uke to keep the seme's secret. The problem was taken care of already by the seme blackmailing the uke, the uke was initially rejecting the blackmail, but once the seme actually went to tell the uke's dad that his son is gay he accepted the terms. But even after that he still raped him? Where is the logic? He had originally said that he'd rape the uke if he didn't agree to his terms and when the uke was like "fuck off" he decided to actually call the uke's dad and tell him in front of the uke that his son is gay and the uke accepted the terms while begging him not to tell. So, what? The uke is letting the seme rape him to keep him from smoking and drinking at this point? The rape was literally pointless...
