Hey English translator for the novel here!! (Unofficial translation for the entire ending). Sadly NO they do not have a baby in the story. A couple of people online started talking about how they have a child in the novel and that is sadly just a rumor. HOWEVER, the author did write a couple of short sentences on her Twitter about them being parents but stated there will be no side stories about it and doesn’t plan on making one, but technically in the future for Dohyun and Wooyeon (future we aren’t going to read about lol) they have twins!! Alpha son name Kim Dan and omega daughter named Kim Som.

A lot of people online were talking about Wooyeon and Dohyun being parents in the story and made a ton of people confused. Omega complex novel ended a while ago with no parenting stories (just a picture posted online with their kids). So I’m guessing they are talking about alpha trauma couple.

well i just assumed they were talking about yoonwoo bc omega complex (the manhwa) ended w him being pregnant and a lot of the readers who are reading alpha trauma came to read this right after omega complex BUT you could be right too

So, Yoonwoo has dinner with his two friends (I forgot their names but the girl got Wooyeon drunk lol) and the girl mentions Dohyun started dating someone and we see him and someone with light brown hair but they don't show his face. The hair style matches Wooyeon so that's probably who she's talking about. It's a couple weeks after this that Yoonwoo learns he's pregnant. Basically, Yoonwoo isn't pregnant until after Dohyun and Wooyeon start dating which means we probably won't see their kid.

Hahahah sorry for the confusion, I was pertaining abt Omega Complex coz the omega was pregnant in the last special chapter there.

Sadly we don’t get to see the baby in alpha trauma with the omega complex couple. The time line is a bit confusing but in the side story in omega complex when he announced he was pregnant, that was a YEAR after alpha trauma main story. Later in Alpha Trauma in the side stories (when they are dating) that’s around the time he gets pregnant (omega complex couple)
