first dont know if you are familiar with the website line webtoon? i recommend shriek,chiller,unknown caller and even bastard.these are the ones i read so far,they have so many other stories there.chiller is so well done with sounds and effects and stuff i love it.these are all collections of horror one shots,except bastard its a thriller story.

Junji itou's stories are good as well,and are recommended if you are into psychological,horror stuff.he is master at mind fuck lol.

dark ambience BL:

ZANKOKU NA KAMI GA SHIHAI SURU (a cruel good rules in heaven) i love this one,its a deep realistic story about a young boy who is molested by his step father.this one is realistic not some lovey dovey crap.

the above are kinda dark,if you want like light hearted good ones:
i like elektel delusion,kawaii akuma and its sequels and Ubawarerukoto Marugoto Zenbu.
