if I could recommend anything about this series,, it’d be to skip this novel☠ I hate it with a passion and wish I had never read it and skipped to the 3rd novel instead☠

it’s not that much different with xinlu and gable tho- I still haven’t come to a full conclusion tbh, but the reason I said xinlu and gable as a possibility of being more toxic is bc I feel like Ilay gives taeui more freedom to do as he pleases. He didn’t make him sign any type of contract binding him to him like Xinlu did to gable. Plus from the vibe of the end of raga, it kinda felt like taeui goes out more than gable now (and the two kind of share the same thing in common where they have to basically ask permission to do stuff ☠)
