He will really go through with actions and manipulated the situation into his favour. In the novel he got into fight with someone in the middle of a road because that person (who doesn't know who Woo Yeon's lover is), insulted his lover. Everyone thought Woo Yeon was beating his ass because of a girl he had a gossip with. In reality he was furious because it was about In Seob.
