Help me find a BL

Guys, I need help finding this BL it’s about this dude who I think he writes or like draws a web series or something like that and then he applies to get a job at a company and then he sends in a letter like one of his scripts, and then the boss misunderstands it for it being about him so the boss stinks that the main character is in love with him so it’s like this big misunderstanding or maybe I’m just remembering wrong but I can’t find it anywhere and I remember that the main character has light hair and green eyes and then the boss like tannish skin and brown hair
