He's supposed to be nosy, you forgot abt his previous job?
I mean he used to be a reporter and he is the only one jn there that is not somewhat brainwashed with propaganda and he watched them do inhuman human experiments and its the first time he is hearing them talk about espers in that way. I think he should be more nosy and angry honestly.
