Its not said but most of the audience has inferred due to their behavior. Also, I and most of my friends are on the spectrum too, so it was pretty understood. Tho, idky someone should dislike my comment for simply stating the truth. Also, most Asian stories won't mention it directly due to the stigma in Asia about mental health (I run an organization regarding it so I'm more than well versed in the topic)

Most geniuses actually have mental disorders when you look into their history which is what made them as brilliant as they were. Its just not asked about because of still how stigmatized it is and was especially back then if you did.

I just remembered they have Autism and ADHD (Eungyo then Sunwoo) and so I must be patient with them (and yes, they both show signs of clear mental health disabilities which is fine! It should be normalized more in stories tbh imo. Though, its hard to tell if Sunwoo only has adhd, autism, or both....I wouldn't be surprised if Eungyo had ocd and autism tho since he's pretty clear cut)
