They clearly were providing though lol. It’s not luxurious or “comfortable” by any means but they were, in fact, providing. If the child is not being abused and is being properly fed then you can’t say someone “isn’t providing”.
Don’t have kids if you’re poor as fuck and can’t provide for them guys
