I don’t know what the point of all these kids are. Clearly the only one that’s important is the prince, but then the author throws in these details about the red-haired girl being useless? And also parentified because the MC can’t even be serious about these kids?
Like, what’s the point in showing that the necklace isn’t the style the girl likes if not to show how negligent the MC is/to start the girl on a villain arc?
