If you think he’s worth it and it’s something that you can afford then I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. I would agree that it’s a lot of money spend on someone you’ve only known for a month, but it’s your choice at the end of the day.

Give him nothing at first, like pretend that you got him nothing for his birthday and then wait for his reaction, if he acts up and start behaving like a duche dump his ass and sell the gifts, if he acts like a mature person and doesn’t cause a scene then give him his gifts

I did stuff like that at that age and honestly not worth it. I lowk expected them to do the same for me but it doesn’t happen esp if it’s not a defined relationship, it just feels super unbalanced and I felt pretty bad about myself after it ended.

honestly its kind of like a gamble, since im unable to return it ive decided to give it to him as its for his birthday and not any other occasion, im kind of nervous because ive never really done this before thats why i spent so much on him on a whim, he doesnt even know i got it for him, but i truly do hope he doesnt expect anything else, i dont expect anything but loyalty.

I think im a bit late.. but heres the awaited update; Giving him the gift and everything went well, but a week ago we decided to stop talking. He made some mistakes and was acting really foolish so things ended. However, he sent me a paragraph about 2 days ago apologising for how he treated me and how he wants to become a better man and get back to talking with me whenever im ready. My response to that was simply "ill think about it" and i havent got back to him since. Putting that aside though, he absolutely loved the watch and although we arent talking his friends have told me he still wears it everywhere he goes so I guess the purchase wasn't in vein.
