It is something about the fog (the fog in recent chapter). The first regas already dead but the fog like connecting the past and the future, something like that. I believe it's in side story after the LN ended. I might be wrong about this.
The first Regas as in the first one to tame the first royalty?
Not the royalty, but the dragon. If you looking back at chapter 1, there is a bad dragon that attacked a kingdom. And then there is (lets say) good dragon that fighting the bad dragon because the good dragon 'take an interest' to a knight (you can see someone on their back). It was the first regas (the knight, our savior this chapter). End then the royalty from the kingdom wants the good dragon's legacy, the good dragon give them half of something (i forgot, in first chapter it's blood as symbolizing it). And after that, the king of the kingdom known for the dragon's power.
The one twink with red eyes in chapter 1 is Truyde's ancestor. He was crazy in love with the first king that have the dragon's power and made absurd decision and then established the King's Heart.
The first regas is so Abel-like. Even his habit, yapping. Lmao
