On the very front page, scroll all the way to the bottom, you can make a title there 'help finding a manhwa' and on the second box, post description about it.
And if you just wanna post discussions or similar, There is a space called 'People are sharing', on the very bottom of that part there is the 'more' option, that takes you to 'Question' or 'Experience'
