Ehhh. In this situation is annoying. But imagine it from his point of view. He is not sure how they even slept together. He probably has a suspicion that his brother r*ped ML. To be fair, they were both drunk, so it sounds like r*pe.
ML has a powerful family. He is probably scared that if MC angers ML too much, MC will disappear or something worse.
And MC has been pushing too many times any boundaries given to him. If ML never reciprocated his feelings, this story would be very different. It could even be called a horror story.
Literally STOP GIVING UNSOLICITED ADVICE. His brother is so fucking annoying. The ML and brother are both fighting for the spot of the MOST UNLIKEABLE characters.
