Its clearly SA, a young kid, with "these grown men" jingi is recreating the same sexual abuse his uncle did to all the people the uncle sent to kill him (excepted Myeonggil)
The contents of the letters are of pictures of Jingi getting SAd at a young age and his hair is cut and dyed just like myoung il. Obviously they are not going to show it since it involves kids. The one who took the pictures is his uncle, his uncle is the one who put him in jail and is sending people to kill Jingi and film it. He also has boxes of videos at his house that probably have snuff and cp and his daughter ALMOST watched. correct me if I’m wrong but that’s what I have gathered
