now that we have the final reveal/confirmation about the photos, although it was already very obvious, i can't help but think about the logs myeong-il read in chapter 24

the logs are in order newest to oldest so first we read about all the things jingi's done to the inmates who tried to kill him from 2007, 2005 and before. however, the oldest logs from 2000 are all depictions of jingi's self harm.
from bashing his head into the wall, ingesting random objects, cutting his stomach with a dull blade, starving himself - all of which were suicide attempts

plus we know he was framed by the uncle and that's how he wound up in prison to begin with, makes me wonder just how much did the uncle torture him for jingi to have to resort to all this violence in the prison...
we legit don't even know yet how bad it actually was, makes me sick to think that despite this horrible reveal there were even more terrible things being done to jingi :/

heonjae knowing all that decided to join up with the uncle, hope both heonjae and the uncle have the worst deaths depicted in manga eveeeeer like some berserk type of death but worse, PLEASE!

also myeong-il better not fucking side with heonjae in the new season ffs

I just want to cry for him, seriously, Jingi didn't deserve any of this my poor boy (/TДT)/

I don't know. I think it's still debatable whether or not Heonjae knew about what happened to Jingi. In previous chapters when it was just Heonjae and Jingi talking like chapter 26 to 28 Jingi had a tendency to keep Heonjae in the dark about certain things probably to protect him. In Heonjae's backstory we saw that there were periods where Heonjae and Jingi didn't live with each other. Now we don't know if they never lived together or if there was a time when they did live together or got separated. Either way they didn't live with each other for awhile then were reunited as adults. There are probably many aspects of Jingu's life that Heonjae doesn't know about. Though if Heonjae didn't know about Jingi's abuse but later finds out I wonder if he would care or not

Also, I probably need to reread anyway but when is it confirmed that Jingi was framed by the Uncle, and then sent to jail because of it?

I forgot about that its so sad and horrible

well i do agree that heonjae may not know the full extent of the circumstances regarding jingi's abuse. however, he for sure knows that the uncle is trying to kill off jingi and he definitely knows that all the hardship jingi's endured in prison was because of the uncle. heonjae is definitely not smart enough but he also likes playing dumb on purpose, he uses that a lot to his advantage so it wouldn't surprise me if he acts even dumber around jingi just to feign ignorance.
also in s1 finale heonjae says to the uncle "if your offer still stands" so he deff had this conversation with the uncle before, he knows more things than he wants others too believe.
on the topic of him caring about jingi's abuse, he would not. heonjae is a sociopath he has a no moral compass or concept of anything, as shown before with the teacher situation. pretty sure he would try to do the same thing to myeong-il if he gets rejected...

no we don't have any confirmation of that, not yet at least, but it's heavily implied

the unc keeps trying to get him killed cause jingi knows way too much to be alive/out of prison so the unc is trying to ensure that jingi either stays in prison forever or gets killed

also jingi says to myeong-il "because of that asshole, because of that family everything is fucked" meaning there were more people aside from the unc involved and the things they were doing are probably on a much larger scale. since jingi in all likelihood knows a lot about it he would be a considered a key witness

but maaaan there are still so many things that should have been clarified this season but the author keeps wasting precious chapters on fuckass sex scenes
im so curious about the truth of the case and jingi's life

He prob sent the mom to jail too? I dont see what she couldve done to have been in jail for 30+ years (idk about that but she was in jail when jingi was a kid so) maybe he sent her there so he could have a grip on her kid
