Yes actually! The oldest one had a few months left in uni and the youngest one recently got in. After making up, MC and his oldest younger brother had a talk, during which the brother confided that he didn't want to move in with his girlfriend because he was scared he would become violent, like his father, since it's in his blood. It's also why he broke up with all his previous girlfriends. The youngest one also think the same way.
But MC replies that violence is not in people's blood, but passed through violence. Because his mother wasn't violent before meeting her violent husband. And since MC was the one who raised his two younger brothers and protected them from their household's violence, it stopped at him, and didn't pass to the two. That's what he's the most proud of.
After MC is isekai'ed again, there is a fast forward to the brother who's married with said girlfriend and just got a baby. He's sad that the person he wanted to show his baby the most isn't here, but hopes that he's at least happy where he is (both brothers half believe the isekai part). However, he also learned from the detective that the stalker had disappeared around the same time as the MC, leaving a strange message (something along the lines of "I couldn't find him because he's not here, now I know where he is"), and hopes that nothing bad happens to the MC...
Spoiler alert, bad things happen.

Idk why authors feel obligated to do that. Basically Saints can only cross worlds if they're virgins (yes you read it correctly), and ML thought the noble had gone all the way with MC and he that wasn't a virgin anymore. When MC got isekai'ed back, he realised that it wasn't the case. So after meeting MC again, he thought "if I sleep with him, he won't be able to cross worlds anymore, even if he wanted to". I feel like they don't do much after that until they resolve the misunderstanding, but my memory of the smmex scenes is blurry.

The pleasure is mine ~
I read the raw novel on the original site it was published on, in jp. I don't think it's translated.

Hello, I read it in japanese on the original website, I don't think it's translated : https://novel18.syosetu.com/n3461hl/

Yes. If I remember correctly, he succeeding in isekaiing by killing himself, and reincarnated into a little creepy demon that MC saved (without knowing it was the stalker). MC cared for it and all, but stalker-demon betrayed him, and MC got caught by the bad guys trying to sacrifice him. At the last minute, stalker-demon decided to help him together with another guy MC saved. They took his place and both died. ML didn't know about the exchange and went crazy, before realising that MC was actually alive.

No no, the stalker (who was turned into a worm like ugly little demon when he isekai-ed, after MC's second isekai) died for MC, taking his place as a sacrifice. But ML (Roy) didn't know MC escaped and thought he had died, hence went crazy and tried to kill everyone, realised he couldn't kill them because MC raised him as a gentle demon, and gave up on living altogether. Until he found out MC was actually alive and then they lived happily ever after.
I read the whole novel some time ago so here is the spoiler comment you've all been waiting for :
For the question everyone is fearing, they wait until ML is older (I think he was 20) before going bongo cha cha cha.
Long story short, they stay at the noble's mansion for a few years, and when ML is 16, he starts seeing the MC in that way, but doesn't really act on it. MC gets assaulted by a random noble, so both the MC and ML are sent away to another town until things calm down. They live there for a little while, ML confesses, and MC promises they will be together once ML is an adult. But MC gets summoned back in our world.
6 months have passed by in the real world since he was gone, whereas several years had passed in the other world. Meanwhile, his 2 brothers had paid a detective to find MC, and thought he had been ki//ed by the stalker. They realize that their brother had sacrificed his whole life for them and left this world without having done anything for himself. When MC comes back, he is found where he first disappeared and is sent to the hospital. He wakes up completely disoriented and panics, fearing that ML would think he abandonned him. His brothers are really happy to have found him again and promise to help him/spend time with him but MC is literally disassociating, sometimes wondering if all of this was real. At some point, he tries to jump from the balcony again, so he would either go back there or just d/e. His brothers save him, MC finally explodes saying that he didn't have anything and if even his 2 brothers don't need him anymore, he has no more reason to live/stay here. Follows a touching moment where they all cry and apologize and hug etc. A month after that, he is summoned back. In the other world, it's 3 years later (so the gap between the two is smaller now).
The reason he was summoned in the first place was because they needed a "saintess" who could resist demonic powers to cleanse the continent (the "useless" power he has). They thought they failed because he appeared in the wrong place. But they tried a second time just in case, and this time, MC arrives right in the Church. He is forced to be a Saint and round the continent to help ki//ing demons. ML is also back and employed as his bodyguard. OF COURSE he thinks ML abandoned him and doesn't believe any of his explanations and OF COURSE the first time they sleep together is a r0pe.
We also get to see ML's full backstory, learn that he's actually a noble but his grandfather had hid him, barely fed him bla bla bla until he ran away. He also locked away tye mother (his own daughter) who went crazy. After MC disappeared, ML went back to his papi to find a way to get him back.
Long story short again, at some point ML fights back, the Church tries to execute him, but he is saved by the stalker (who also transmigrated but that's another story). ML doesn't know that, thinks that MC is de/d and goes berserk. But in the end, he couldn't kill the bad guy (his grandpa) because he has been raised by MC, and even if he thinks he has no emotion, he actually does. Aww. He decides to let himself d/e since he thinks MC is gone, but is saved by the noble doctor and the MC. They resolve the misunderstanding and live happily ever after.
