Even IRL there are a lot of cases of ppl in adult bodies never fully developing because of abuse/confinement. EXACTLY. She’s not some reincarnated adult playing house she’s a real child whose development was stunted by years of torture. Trauma doesn’t magically make you mature, it just breaks you.
Also... She hasn't done anything to him that could be predatory. Besides smiling and helping his family. Marriage at that age is weird but it's a different time and place.
