Cold blooded? No .. I think while saha was sleep walking heetae saw it and wanted to force himself upon saha and while they were fighting off each other saha accidentally pushed him off the balcony and then Ml luckily came just in time.
That would make a lot of sense... (〜￣△￣)〜
I guess Saha was the killer of the ML's brother but ML hid it from him and took all the blame
