I'm not that person nor am I underage but I would have to disagree with that. it's safe to say this isn't grooming since he's profusely rejecting him, it's the other way lol (is there a term to refer to when a kid tries to get an adult to reciprocate their love?). however, that person is obviously implying it's uncomfortable to see this type of dynamic where a character dates another they used to know as a child, even if the relationship only begins when they've grown up. also, some underage people can have a better understanding than adults. not all adults are smart, I might be one of them for example.
