Sperm is stored in the balls and mixed with what we'd call pre-cum or rather seminal fluid which is it's own thing. So a guy with a vasectomy can still creampie you but without baby making potential. There are cases where pregnancy can still occur tho. Bc the doc messed up the surgery for example, or the body growing back the path between urethra and balls, OR remaining "stray" sperm. I think it was mentioned in the first few chapters that in their family, they usually get vasectomy or IDK what it's called. He just didn't explicitly said it. That's why they do not mind a lot of 'cumming inside'. Also mentioned that he recently got tested for diseases like STD. All clear.
