And to talk about fiction, I've seen people cry and whine about vampires dating a 21+ yo human 'cause the vampire has lived for decades or centuries longer than the human. I've seen them do the same with elves, gods and demigods. NOTHING pleases these people unless it fits their super strict criteria-- which usually amounts to the age gap can't be more than 2 years regardless of what position they take in bed.

There's another series I'm reading where the 19 yo seme is potentially the son of the king and is able to use his magic where the 30+ yo uke is banished and currently not even able to use his magic as punishment. The uke can't even defend himself against attackers and has to rely on sleeping with seedy people or he'll die from magic poisoning, but people think it's creepy even tho the 19 yo could snap him like a twig.

My parents have a 10 year age gap. I think it doesnt really matter unless its about really young ppl (they married at 19 and 29). It was 35 years ago, so thats pretty normal.
Talking about the manga, if they kiss at max until the kid graduates, thatd be okay for me. But were talking about a teenager with high hormone levels and potentially high sex drive. Yeah, I'm all for people writing what they want, it's not my right to control someone's story. Cause I would hate for people to tell me what to do with my own story, and what direction I should take instead (it's different if it suggests or provides ideas). Also those questions of why this way? Because I want to, it's a story that's been in my head that I want to get down on paper. Fictional authors have a right to write what they want and readers have a right to feel disappointed and not wanting to read, but not to be a jerk or ass cause not everything is for everyone.

Also, it is not really, and fiction shouldn't be used for relationships or moral standards instead that responsibility should be on parental figures or a therapist, ect.

Like if you don't like it don't consume it. It's not for you, there's this thing called the target audience, that people seem to forget. I've seen people go on a dark theme or yanderes-focused stories and complain about it, like what did they expect rainbow and fluff? Then demand and threaten the fans for liking it and the authors to change things because of such and such. Like everything doesn't need to accommodate every person and that is fine, you'll find something that does. People online don't seem to understand that even if they feel like certain elements shouldn't be added, they have no right to bully the author or fans for sticking with it.
