I guess you’re not seeing much of this kind genre of manga before. This story is fine, you should known by earlier chapters when the author would giving more fucked scenarios as the story move forward, that’s this manga’s theme. This is mostly tame version of one that I know of, which is way more fucked up than this.
Saying if the author having fetish is a bit of stretch (not that I know what the author is thinking about), but let’s see it from another perspective where there are a lot of fucked up adults out there who will prying on these kids, Shirayuki and the mc just happened to be there,

I read this for it’s popularity and at first I liked it but now idk it feels like it’s not going anywhere, to many people are liking Shirayuki, so many pedos, at this point everyone likes them idk, is this like a fetish from the author?!?!, they are children!?!?, i still will try to continue since i am still interested in what’s going to happen but it’s basically the same ending over and over again hopefully they get together in the end
